“Limited breakfast but better than nothing.”

“Pros- close to the outlet mall Cons- our room was dirty. Had hair on the sofa and bathroom walls. There were stains on the duvet and a used band-aid was in the bathtub. While trying to speak with the staff on duty teh next morning to let them know, he walked away, grumbling to himsef" who cleaned rm .....?" . All he was concerned about was who had been responsible to clean. No empathy to the client, no apologies. Really terrible customer service. I am definitely not staying in this hotel again.”

“Simple motel without all the frills but it was clean and the owner bent over backwards to do anything we needed. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet. The staff was very kind and helpful. The indoor pool was great. The breakfast bar and eating area was too small. We decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. Very close to shopping. Thank you”

“The room was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. The room didn't have a nice chair to sit on or a small table for meals. The only chair there was a desk chair. No coffee was offered on the property.. Yes lots of restaurants were close by, but it would have been nice to get a cup of coffee in the morning without having to leave the property. And when I booked this room I was unaware of where I needed to go was a 40-50 minute drive. This could have happened that I missed...

“Positive: Reasonably priced. Parking was fine. The window in the back opened. Spectrum or Armstrong cable was fine. They provided single use soap. Dual access to the room; from both inside the motel hallway and an outside door. Staff very pleasant and tried to help with WiFi, but ended up not solving the issue. There was plenty of hot water. The bathroom and room were clean. Not so positive: The WiFi did not reach my room, so I had virtually no internet access. I had to go to the lobby to access...
