"They made me stay at a different hotel promising a refund for the first night, which they haven't issued yet nor they are responding to any of my emails. Avoid this place."

"Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata deludente. Avevo prenotato mesi prima una stanza doppia letti queen con vista sull’oceano e spazio esterno (lanai) per i miei ultimi 2 giorni di viaggio di nozze ma purtroppo al mio arrivo mi comunicano che non è disponibile e quindi posso avere una stanza vista retro hotel finestra sigillata. Oltre il danno la beffa perchè mi propongono 500$ di credito in hotel per la differenza di prezzo. Chiaramente ho rifiutato. Ho chiesto il rimborso. Mi propongono offerti dei drink al bar. Alla fine del soggiorno li ho pagati. Il giorno dopo il mio arrivo mi fanno trovare una bottiglia di prosecco in camera forse per scusarsi o forse per il matrimonio da bere con finestra chiusa vista tetti arruginiti. Chiaramente non l’ho bevuta. Provo a fare una chiamata internazionale e non è consentito. La struttura in generale è gradevole ma sopravvalutata. Avrebbe bisogno di molta manutenzione. La colazione buona. Il mare durante il mio soggiorno era impraticabile…"

"Struttura bella e ben curata personale gentile ma : Sono arrivati a rifare la camera alle 5 del pomeriggio; Il centro storico è molto più lontano dei 3.6 km indicati La navetta per andare in centro è disponibile soltanto ogni ora ed ha soltanto 25 posti che confrontando il numero degli ospiti presenti e’ assolutamente insufficiente ( più di una volta siamo stati costretti ad usare Uber in quanto ci hanno lasciato a piedi pur arrivando all’ora stabilita) Si potrebbe migliorare con poco!!!!!!"

"nice beach set up, but water is not usable for swimming. Iguanas come to your glass door, be careful not to let them in. Romm was ok, but a bit small and queen beds are quite small, for two not very comfortable (we are a family with one daughter of 12)"

"La struttura non ha nessun accesso alla spiaggia ma ha un bel giardino e piscina. Però è attaccato all'aereoporto e quindi spesso rumorosi aerei passano sopra il resort nella fase di decollo. Queste due cose non fanno una atmosfera da vancanza, ma sembra più un business hotel. Per quanto riguarda l'accomodation il nostro appartamento era spazioso e ben arredato e la cucina con ogni confort e supellettile."

"Terrible experience. Going to bed I notice that the sheets are torn. The next morning I inform the reception, showing the photos and asking that they be changed during the cleaning of the room. They tell me it will be done, without even apologizing for the inconvenience. In the evening, when we return to the hotel, we discover that the room has not been cleaned, the beds have not been made and that the cleaning lady has simply left a bag with clean sheets (one of which was dirty) on one of the two beds. We asked the front desk for an explanation and the answer was that they only have one cleaning lady for the entire property and therefore she cannot clean all the rooms. We had to make the beds ourselves. The next morning, when we checked out, we saw other guests complaining about the same problem, that no one had been notified of. Spending more than $400 per night to find torn sheets and having to make the room ourselves, without even a hint of apology from the staff, seems unacceptable to me. The hotel management, in exchange for this poor service, only discounted our resort fees. Photos attached "

"La hall molto caratteristica, idem la piscina. I servizi offerti, ottimi. Gelato alle 14,00 del pomeriggio, churros alle 16 ,pullman che ci portava fino in centro e garage gratuito .Per il resto grande delusione. Camere datate, vasca da bagno sporca, odore di muffa, dietro al letto una tenda che non ho osato spostare. Per fortuna ci siamo rimasti una notte sola. "
