“Beware of the chicken, rooster, peacock/hen, goose poo on the verandah!”

“It’s a beautiful spot, very peaceful, and has fantastic kitchen amenities. The rooms are cold at night in winter even with the heaters and sound travels right through the walls, so I recommend extra bedding and ear plugs. The bathrooms could do with more hooks/towel rails to provide somewhere to put clothes.”

“This house is lovely - the beds are so soft and comfy, the kitchen has everything you need and some sort of magical insulation must be in the house because we were not cold, in the middle of winter, at all. Seeing the kangaroos over the road at dusk was wonderful. It was also raining when we stayed so it was slippery bringing baggage in and it also. Staff are extremely rude”

“Amazing!!! Perfect for our needs and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will def be back xx”

“Was very different, staying on the house boat. But ended up being such a great little place for us. Will definitely be back there”

“Lots of lovely extras such as DVDs and games, well stocked pantry. Very comfortable and clean and in an excellent location in Falcon close to shops, Mandurah and the estuary. Our second stay, highly recommended.”
