“When arriving, the hotel was getting a new roof. We were told due to flooding that the pool was closed but there was the alternative to use the gym across the road. We were told we were getting a newly remodeled room, but it had just been painted and smelled of cigarettes including the towels. You could hear the air dryers in other rooms drying them out. “Arrived, gave me a key, went to room and someone in it, front desk said sorry but sold out. No help to resolve so I had to go to another hotel and pay last minute rates. Place was dirty as well”

“A newer hotel located on a bluff with wonderful views of the Clearwater River Valley. Our room was clean and very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the view. I definitely would stay there again.”

“Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. ”
