“While the room was clean had good amenities and the staff was very friendly, we did not like our stay. Despite being on the 12th floor the street down below was still very noisy and could be heard all the way up. We were also right by the elevator and could hear constant clanking noises coming from the wall we shared with it. The parking was also very expensive for an overnight stay and you don't really have an other option.”

“The room was very clean and well laid out. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Staff was not attentive and I had to wait each time I had a question. There was no free coffee available in the lobby. A bottle of Coke was $6. Could use some customer service improvement. ”

“It was a pretty good stay. The pool was warm and pretty much empty. The room was clean and smelled good. It was NOT soundproof like it claims. Quite a bit of road noise and people in the halls”

“We were treated absolutely so rude. Website isn’t user friendly. We knew there were 2 locations but nothing specifies which restaurant is at which. The hotel signs are inconspicuous so not easily seen. But honestly it was the patronizing and condescending staff. We were there for an event outside of the hotel but the amount of crackheads and suspicious activity in and around the hotel was alarming.”
