The home has no air conditioning but I believe that because of the location with the trees it never ever overheated and was always comfortable and we were there in early July.. the neighbor adjacent to us without working in his yard and noticed we were perplexed about that special wood they provide for the barbecue and came over to help us... in general Hot Springs is just a small town with friendly people and a place...

“Had a great stay. Very cozy and Anne was great. Short drive to Quinns. It actually rained all night. Stayed dry and warm all night. We were able to have a small fire so thay was nice aswell. Right next to the river so iy was fun to take are dogs down and throw the ball a bit. Would definetly stay again.”
