“I had a very disappointing experience at Hacienda Hotel in San Jose. The staff were consistently rude and unwelcoming, which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. The manager, Star, showed a complete lack of customer service. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, she spoke to me in a condescending manner, as if we were beneath her and did not know what I was talking about. That kind of attitude is unacceptable in hospitality. I would not recommend staying here if you expect...

“I stayed at this hotel for 1 night before my trip and 1 night after, to make getting to and from the airport more convenient. The hotel clerk Mark was gracious and accommodating. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. In my opinion, the room was over-scented. Perhaps most people won't find that off-putting, but I found it bordered on overwhelming. I will likely stay there again, but when I make my reservation, I will request they don't use chemicals to scent the room! 😉”

“Beautiful hotel. Arrived late right a restaurant closing time, they accommodated us and we were able to get a togo meal. Definitely starts a stay with a smile. After a great night's sleep had a good breakfast and walked the grounds. Nothing disappointing. I would stay here again.”
