“The room we had was good. Not excellent because there were spots that had not been cleaned properly. The kitchen was OK however it lacked a toaster and a regular Coffee maker. The fact that there was no onsite parking was the biggest negative. I would rate our stay as a 7/10”

“Had a great time . First time staying at Canal Park Lodge . We will return . Lake view room and outdoor seating and watching the ships arrive . Staff was great ,rooms very clean .”

“The views were amazing, The breakfast was not. $300 per night should include a decent breakfast. Our bathroom floor was dangerously slippery. The location and facility were amazing but the staff and sauna were underwhelming. I would not stay here again.”

“The front desk staff was wonderful through and through. Very helpful and patient. They helped us book a room at a beautiful old island in overlooking the Mississippi. What a wonderful experience. I will stay here again for sure.”

“Both the check-in and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was clean, modernized, and good value for money. The only negative was that there were people in the parking lot sitting in their cars smoking what smelled like marijuana. I understand that the hotel isn’t responsible for people’s behavior in the parking lot, so I don’t consider this a reflection of the hotel itself. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.”
