“Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The man at the desk was a veteran, as is my husband. He told us that the local VFW was among the best places in town for dinner, and we happened to be there on “taco night.” The food and camaraderie were very nice. The breakfast was the usual eggs, bacon and sausage.”

“Refurbished and clean. Still a few odd things, no plug in tub. Staff had to be called to check in. Didn’t have snow shoveled near outdoor entrance but were responsive when I pointed it out. Could be more customer service oriented. Said I should go make sure the exterior door was unlocked for unloading close to room when they could just as easily walked down down and done it as they had no other customers. Staff was polite though. Ok for the price point. ”

“Cleanest rooms, lots of space, amazing bathrooms, awesome amenities, cool tap beer selection where you can pay by the ounce and fill at your own will! I love this place and highly recommend! 10/5 Stars!!!”

“Room was clean, staff was very polite and a joy to talk to. I was gone most of the day. It was quiet in the evenings - plenty of parking and AC and heat wasn’t a problem. I would stay there again if I visit Norfolk, NE again in the Future…”

“Room was clean. Heater was so loud we didnt get any sleep. We were there to see my father in law in hospital. So it was hard with no sleep. We couldnt get shower to turn on. Couldnt find the pully. So no shower. Breakfast was cold & bacon under cooked. So we had to spend more money to get something else to eat. Wont stay here again. We are usually pleased with our stays. ”

“God awful I rented for 2 months at one time and moved out with 3 and half weeks due to being told when I could shower. Not wanting to turn the air on or the heat. She said open a window. I was told I could not walk my dog down the sidewalk of a city block. There was mold on the stripping of the refrigerator. She turned off the WiFi. Told me to get my own. Very uncomfortable. I can’t even remember everything at this point. But I moved out thinking I just lost 4 grand. They did give me a month...

“Charming cabin that is cozy and equipped with everything we needed. Our host is friendly and quick to respond. We’ve stayed twice and feel right at home. It’s roomy with comfy furniture and decorated nicely. Plenty of room for two families if needed. We would definitely stay again. Well worth it!!”

“AVOID. Total scam. Furniture is broken down and shoddy. Dirt and dust all over. Jacuzzi was filthy. Owner invented issues...claiming we stole or broke items that were not there, just to suck money. No inventory list was given before and she made up items that were never there to LIE and say we took them...anything from imaginary speakers to chairs to soap dispensers. She offered to buy our Christmas tree so we left it, but kept it and never paid. Total parasite. STAY AWAY!”
