“Great house with everything you need. Loved the Kangaroos and birds visiting us every day. So awesome to see them from the deck and just chill out a meter away from you. Only downside was , the Cafe is only open Friday to Sunday even in school holidays and the general store is very basic and super expensive. If you stay here for a week, you will need to get your supplies from somewhere else which will be a minimum 1 hour round trip as there is not much around Preston Beach so you got to be...

“Location was fantastic but that's where it ended for us unfortunately. The house had not been cleaned at all, cobwebs and spiders in nearly every room, bathtub had dead insects, floors had not been swept (no broom or vacuum to be seen) there was even a used bandaid under the couch. The outdoor area was unusable, had not been clean in a long time as was the bbq.”
