“Motel con check-in tramite mail. Assicuratevi di avere un telefono funzionante perchè in caso di problemi dovete telefonare al gestore. Noi abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto ad altri ospiti per contattarlo in quanto dalle istruzioni ricevute non siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera. Detto questo il gestore è arrivato in pochi minuti e ci ha fatto accedere alla camera. ”

“The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! “Had a fantastic weekend at Dell’s Highbanks location. An amazingly beautiful curated space with everything you could want. Had the catered charcuterie plate and it was both delicious and huge. Great location for the sunrise and only a minute away from the Perry entrance to Letchworth State park (which is a must see). Enjoyed the Silver Lake Brewery, the bookstores and coffee shops in the town of Perry. Definitely could have spent more time in the area. Guess we’ll need to plan another...

“What a great stay at this cozy little gem! The hosts are top notch! We stayed from Nov 12 - Dec 19 while waiting for our new home to be completed, they checked in on us in the cold and snowy weather to see if we needed anything, they offered to shovel, put down salt and when we contacted them that the furnace had stopped, they were there quickly to repair.The cottage is clean and cozy, and well stocked. We would highly recommend Dave and his cozy cottage!”

“We had a great time at the cabin. It's an amazing spot next to the lake. We couldn't get enough of the incredible view. Each morning we woke up to the picturesque window outlooking nature that was just breathtaking. Like waking up to a unique painting each day.Love the ambiance of the house. It's super cozy and cute. “Pet friendly. Very close the Letchworth State Park, “Grand Canyon of the East”. Had a wonderful anniversary dinner at the Lumber Yard restaurant, 2 miles away. Great weekend getaway.”

“Silver Lake was very calm and peaceful. We had a great time lounging on the dock reading and playing board games. We especially loved the sunset views to the lake from the cottage and all the nautical decorations. The location was perfect for visiting Charcoal Corral, Glen Iris at Letchworth State Park and the village of Perry”
