“Stayed here on a friend's recommendation. Room was clean & comfortable. Room is serviced after every 2 days as most guests are short stay as stated in their compendium. If you need anything you need to ask. We struggled to dry our towels enough to reuse. It was unclear where to park & find reception initially & we helped another guest & her daughter who were in the same boat doing laps. Parking was out on the street in front of your unit if it was an outside facing one or else in a larger car...

“Great spot for a getaway, the location is perfect and the room is very clean, neat and tidy with everything needed, had a spa in the room which was a bonus and the bed was extremely comfortable, will definitely stay here again. ”

“Non è proprio un hotel,ma sono 4 casette vicine,con un patio in comune con sedie e tavoli esterni. La camera era spaziosa e pulita,così come il bagno privato. Non c'è connessione wifi e non c'è la reception,infatti quando si arriva bisogna telefonare e poi arriva la ragazza che ti consegna le chiavi della casetta. Forniti accessori per la colazione e per il bagno,tv in camera e aria condizionata. Da consigliare!!!”

“Beautifully clean, everything I needed was there; coffee, tea, kettle, microwave, fridge, clean dishes and plenty of space. The bath was a brilliant surprise and it was wonderful. The lock box at the door was great, easy to use and so convenient. ”

“Lovely farm stay . Feeding the sheep and chickens our grandchildren of 5 and 3 really enjoyed it especially the marshmallows cooked on the fire pit. Not far from the town of York with lots to see there too ”

“Wonderful property - plenty of space and cosy features, outdoor and inside fires, high spec bathroom and kitchen with plenty of utensils, nespresso pod machine, heaps of board games, an outdoor playarea with monkey bars, swing and trampoline and of course the animals! 2 toilets which was useful for a large group. Note, the living room does not have curtains so bring an eye mask if using the sofa bed. King room had plenty of space for 2 double airbeds and queen space for a cot. Ideal place for...

“Amazing stay here at Talbot lodge farmhouse is a short trip to the heart of beautiful York which we timed with their annual easter antique fair.The Lodge was just beautiful well stocked and so peaceful this would be my favourite vacation spot in years.Watching the sheep and alpacas walk back in the evening off the verandah was beautiful and so well stocked with games and toys for a young family.
