The only downside was the elevator was out of order, which made it difficult to get luggage up and down. But I highly recommend this property.”

“Our group of 5 had enjoyed this home and it's location. It was on a body of water that led out to Chocolate hole. There were paddleboards and kayaks for our use. It was also really close to Cruz Bay. The property manager was responsive and someone met us and took us to the property. We had more than enough room for our group. We didn't even use the first level or one of the bedrooms. Great property for a larger group - multiple decks, bedrooms, kitchens, etc. I can't say enough great things...

“This property is located about 7 minutes from town close to the top of a hill that overlooks Rendezvous bay. The views from the pool are gorgeous. The little cottage that my husband and I stayed in was perfect for us. It was quiet, had a stove and a grill to prepare meals, a beautiful screened in patio, a washer and dryer and access to the pool. The check in process was easy and quick. James' son met us at the car ferry and showed us the way so that was very nice. Communication with the...

The living room and kitchen were open air and bedrooms were air conditioned, temps were comfortable in both areas. The views were some of the best we have ever had. “Overall it was a wonderful. The one questionable thing is the listing as a three bedroom whereas it was a small room one had to go through to get to the other large bedroom and had a futon for sleeping. ”

“My wife and I celebrated our 10-year anniversary at this amazing spot in paradise and it was absolutely perfect. From the views and the pool to the location that had us close to everything but far enough away to feel secluded, this easily takes the #1 spot for best VRBO we've ever stayed at.”

“The property and host were fantastic. The villa was clean and comfortable. This place was in a peaceful location and just a short drive to town. The commute to all the different beaches from the villa was no problem at all. We will be back for sure. ”
