“Location is very close to the city center so that’s good. Free and inconvenient parking was good Bedroom lights spacious enough Bed was comfortable The only thing I didn’t like was that I was charged by the hotel for the room, although it was prepaid and paid online to Expedia. I had to call Expedia to get my extra charge refunded”

“Nicely located for slope access. The pool was very cold and quite small, the spa is NOT included and has to be booked days in advance for a specified time as it’s only open in the evenings, this has to be done by phone with the external provider which wasn’t very smooth. Room was fine and had everything we needed. Room had two bathrooms but only 1 toilet which was a bit inconvenient.”

“Location is perfect - ski in ski out, steps to everything in the village. Our room was a littel small but then again, we booked the cheapest room in the hotel. I'm sure there are upgrades available for a little more $$. Great terrace/restaurant overlooking the mountain. Room for improvement on the bathroom size and tv with screen mirrorinng option would be nice if you don't speak french well enough to follow French tv. BUT we didnt spend much time in our room so it wasn't big deal. Would...

“The resort was niceish - however here were some things that irked us. 1. They were not very informative and from the second day onwards their reception would shut down at 6 pm and we had to use a very weird entry to the hotel. This entry was not safe as it was not well lit at all. This information was also not shared with us so we “discovered” it and frankly that’s just not right. 2. There was never enough staff at the breakfast - which was expensive mind you, but no one there to seat us and...

“Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The room we were put in was so noisy. Whatever was above us, all we could hear was something (maybe chairs) scraping along the floor. This went on morning, noon and night. Carpets in room were disgusting. Most staff were really nice and friendly except one woman on reception who was extremely rude. “L hotel è una cosa magnifica, sono andato con la mia fidanzata, sua sorella e il marito, avevamo a diaposizione un ampia sala con angolo cottura, bagno e terrazzo vista montagne e piste da sci, al piano inferiore due camere da letto comprese di bagno privato e idromassaggio, l arredo è moderno e curatissimo, l alloggio da la possibilità si mettersi gli sci o la tavola ai piedi e di arrivare direttamente sulle piste che si trovano a 50 metri ed è in centro al paese.
