“Close to bus stop on Hatton-Avissawella road. Faded glory, but very pleasant dining area, lobby and lawn overlooking river in which you can swim- but carefully as in the middle it flows fast. Non AC rooms are large with effective fan. Lots of whitewater rafting in area. You are in lowland so can be very warm.”

“The building looks lovely and the grounds are beautiful BUT the room wasn’t great , the bathroom had an old shower curtain and the shower was above the bath. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was small and dark. it was my birthday and there was no mention of this even though my husband had given advanced information.
