“O wifi não funcionava muito bem em nosso apartamento. As instalações são excelentes e o atendimento maravilhoso. O apartamento foi muito bem limpo todos os dias. O café da manhã não apresenta a mesma variedade de um hotel brasileiro, mas é muito gostoso (especialmente as medialunas) e frequentemente reposto. A vista do hotel para as montanhas e o Canal Beagle é um espetáculo. Vale muito a pena!”

“Hotel in buona posizione, con vista sulla baia, a circa 10 minuti dal centro, personale gentile e disponibile, però le camere sono troppo piccole per due persone, non si sa dove mettere le valigie, i 23 metri indicati non parevano tali. Anche il bagno è minuscolo. Bisognerebbe avere più prese elettriche in camera. Wifi buono.”

“The hotel is in a very central and strategic position. The staff, especially Maxi, is extremely kind and friendly. He provided a lot of tips and recommendations about where to go eating, hiking and more. He was really helpful! The breakfast is good and the room is a bit small.”

“Più che un hotel è strutturato come una casa con tante stanze tutte indipendenti e con delle parti comuni arredate come se fosse una casa privata. Emana un senso di calore unico. Ottima l’idea di lasciare a disposizione degli ospiti bevande calde e qualche snack durante tutto l’arco della giornata. Comodissima con il centro e il porto.”

“The apartment is very nice, clean and well furnished and the bed is so comfortable. We stayed at the 5th floor and we had such an amazing view from each part of the apartment. Everything was just perfect! The all staff is excellent, in particular I want to thank Angie from the reception: she has been so kind, she took care of us during all our stay ensuring everything was ok. We will for sure come back again to Departamentos La Vela. Muchas gracias por todo! ”
