“I was taken care during all my stay and definitively the level of service and comfort are excellent. It is conveniently located near the airport so it is easy to reach upon arrival in CCU. I had the chance to ask for some support during my stay and the customer service was very prompt and effective.”

“Good one”

“Gopal our housekeeping person was excellent and always helped us. Hotel however has many problems such as low toilet flush pressure, low water pressure in shower, even though we were three people in 2 rooms check-in person refused to give us 2 keys for the double occupancy room - that meant we always had to ask for access. Overall is fine for short stay but not the best for long 2 week stay like ours. Staff at breakfast was friendly and helpful so no issues on that”

“I stayed at Lemon Tree Premier in Kolkata for nearly two weeks and had an excellent experience. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, and always made me feel well looked after. The facilities were excellent, and everything was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Kolkata.”

“Some things in the room needed a quick repair after we checked in. However, start fixed it fairly quickly. Breakfast items were fewer, but very tasty and fulfilling. Staff were very helpful in everything, check in, late check-out, etc. Worth it.”

“Staffs are very helpful and behavior was also good.”

“Pool looked clean. Did not enter”
