“Clean tidy”

“Pulito, letto comodo, angolo cucina, bagno grande, ottima vista con patio direttamente con vista mare, ottimo prezzo e prestazione. Unico appunto, siamo arrivati due minuti dopo le 18.00 e non c’era più nessuno in reception. Non ci avevano inviato nessun messaggio e c’era solo un numero da chiamare. Ma come cliente straniero se sono senza roaming, magari un numero whatsapp faciliterebbe la comunicazione, usando oggigiorno tutti delle e-sim. Ma per il resto ottimo posto in cui passare una...

“Great as always”

“Great little place to stay. The office receptionist is absolutely lovely. Nothings a problem. Parking is very tight behind the hotel. Better to park in the car park across the road. ”

“The property was nice and clean. House keeping comes everyday for clean towels and stock other stuffs. We also wake up to a beautiful sunset every morning.”

“Staff were kind and polite, and the cleaners do a good job but it’s very run down. Ripped carpet, holes in the walls, ripped wallpaper and chipped paint. Definitely needs work! Couch was stained and so were some of the bed covers. We won’t be staying again unfortunately.”

“The spa bath was a bonus and was wonderful. Great layout and the motel were close to all amenities. The only thing that let it down was the little things that needed maintenance. If they checked regularly or get their cleaning staff to let management know of the repairs, then they can fix the issues. Like I said they were minor issues that they can easily fix and get a 5 star. I would still come back to this motel, and I still highly recommend them.”

“Clean quiet, secure parking, handy to restaurants, movie theater and walks. When I am next in Napier this will be where I will be staying.”

“This hotel is gorgeous- the refurbishment is beautifully done and the room I had was really spacious. The bed was comfy and the kitchenette and barhroom were user-friendly and super clean. I will say the parking can be a bit of an issue, particularly if you have bags to drop off and because of the location ( the middle of the CBD) the street and traffic noise is really loud. If you dont mind street noise though its the perfect innercity stay.”
