“Hotel ampio e ben organizzato, con casinó all’interno! Camere pulite e spaziose e con una bella vista sul lago di Zurigo”

“Ein schönes sauberes Zimmer. Es war gemütlich eingerichtet. Obwohl wir nur 2 Nächte dort waren, wurde das Bett mach der ersten Nacht hergerichtet. Leider war das Bett für uns zu schmal. Und der Föhn funktionierte leider nicht. Ansonsten gibt es keine Beanstandungen. Zum Frühstück oder Personal können wir nichts sagen, haben wir nicht gebucht und der Betrieb ansich hatte Betriebsferien.”

“Bellissimo hotel immerso nel verde sopra una collina ad un altitudine di circa 700 m.s.l.m.Bella la piscina che è divisa in una parte posta all'esterno con vista sul lago di Zurigo ed una al chiuso per l'inverno.Dista circa 50 minuti dall'aeroporto di Zurigo e ci vogliono 250 chf per il taxi.La struttura è isolata ed essendo il costo dei taxi elevato si consiglia di andarci in auto.Il cibo è ottimo e la colazione ben assortita.”

Too bad there was not a refrigerator in our room, which these days you find also in 3 star hotels. Minor faults for the shower in the bathroom with a broken support. Overall satisfactory”

“Hotel molto bello e moderno peccato che il ristorante era già chiuso alle 13,30 e nessuno parlava inglese per dirlo lo abbiamo scoperto solo dopo 20 minuti seduti al tavolo . Se avete bisogno di internet dimenticatevelo , pessimo Wi-Fi ”

Un appunto sul servizio, che per un albergo di questo tipo dovrebbe essere un po' più attento a questi dettagli: non era indicato che fosse raggiungibile solo in funicolare, all'arrivo abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi il servizio per portare le valigie in camera e al ritorno abbiamo dovuto scoprire noi per caso che era disponibile un servizio di navetta dall'albergo alla funicolare.”

“What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. The only thing I would perhaps change was to have an actual buffet where the guest were to chose what they wanted to eat. Still,...
