“Overall loved the hotel and the experience, ate twice in the Eden restaurant where food and service were both excellent. The only downside for us was the room had an unpleasant odor, not too bad but still, and it was very humid- may be because we were located above the spa - which has a nice pool and all. I think this is not a problem when AC can be switched on in warmer months. ”

“Working class town with a fortress. Great restaurants nearby. Go left then right on a 3 minute walk for great Romanian food at a good price. Ps. They had a crazy awesome massage chair in the room. The room was massive, too!”

“Initial contact wasn’t good. I contacted the hotel before travelling. Told them would be there at around 03:00. I was told to use intercom. It didn’t work. Apparently I should have been given a code but still wouldn’t have my key. Luckily I had family in Deva. Next morning trying to check in I was shouted at by a very rude desk lady whilst trying to explain. I had no paperwork from Expedia. So had to manually fill out forms. Got my key but took 3 days to get front door code. Breakfast was...
