“Bedrooms are fair. Bathroom needs a full refurbish. No hot water in showers. Very dirty floors.”

“The room was clean and spacious. The staff were really helpful. The welcome drink was delicious. The bed was really comfortable. The only disappointment was that the WiFi was extremely weak and the power kept cutting out on the first night and there was a delay before the generator kicked in.”

“There ant in the room otherwise very good stay”

“Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. There were private functions on 2 of the nights and on both occasions guests returning to their rooms at approximately 2:00AM - 4:00 AM made so much noise coming back to their rooms which woke me up. “Very attractive staff”

“Ho soggiornato per due settimane con i miei figli adolescenti presso l'hotel Country Inn di Jalandhar (India), non è mai mancato nulla né a me né a loro, buona la cucina, ottimo il servizio di lavanderia, camera e bagno ampi e confortevoli. Tutti gli addetti molto cortesi senza essere invadenti. Ottimo anche il servizio di sicurezza.”

“We had an amazing stay- great staff and food was amazing. Thank you so much”

So something is definitely wrong and needs to be investigated to find what is causing that smell. Smelled like sewage. I had to turn the AC off to...

“Extremely Disappointing Experience – Worst Hotel in Jalandhar! I booked the Maharaja Suite, expecting a premium stay and a luxurious experience, but what I encountered was absolutely pathetic. The towels were dirty, and the curtains had holes in them. If this is the condition of their premium suite, I can only imagine the state of their standard rooms. To make matters worse, the staff lacked basic manners and professionalism. The overall experience was far below expectations and completely...
