“The property is old. It was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable, but the furniture looks worn and run down and the place is in need of updating. The shower was awkward. Definitely looked better in the pictures. The room was spacious. It is close to the airport so it’s loud. It isn’t close to anything convenient other than the airport. I wouldn’t recommend staying there for more than one night. The airport shuttle was a plus and was easy to use. The free breakfast was of reasonable quality...

“Hotel does not offer security for the guest , there is no customer service or good communication . The hotel has 1 restaurant buffet style and close view of Narita Airport. It is very quiet, it has a small laundry room and a shuttle bus to the Airport . The rooms are a good size with basic amenities. The quality of pillow and mattress are basic ,extra firm.”

“Segnaletica per raggiungere l’hotel quasi assente. Alle 23 non ci sono shuttle tra i terminal per raggiungere il terminal 2. Colazione da fare in uno Starbucks molto distante con un buono. Capsule comode. Non ci sono distributori di bibite o di cibo.”

“We stayed at the Habitat. There was no staff to assist. Signage only says check out but no check in so it was confusing, We had to seek help from the nearby friendly Karin Onsen staff. This is okay but it would be better if we were informed in advance.”
