“Airport shuttle services to and fro efficient and easy to locate at airport. Once at hotel the concierge will assist you to check in. Tim, chief concierge was super helpful and speaks English well. Staffs at checking in very polite and friendly. Hotel is a little aged but clean. Overall nice hotel to stay in.”

“If you are staying more than 2 days get a rental car. The hotel is very good at what it does, which is provide a relaxing atmosphere with an accessible onsen. The restaurants there are not really restaurants. Breakfast is a buffet of plentiful food, mostly Japanese but I believe a pure westerner could survive. There is no lunch service.
