“An old school travel hotel with a nice onsen. This was a great jumping off spot to see Lake Mashu observatory, drive down to Sunayu Onsen and dig your own onsen, etc. Staff were friendly, breakfast was traditional Japanese breakfast. Overall, nice and easy stay.”

The lounge with free drinks is a great place to process the day’s adventures while enjoying a local beer or sake. The staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and charming. I look forward to returning!”

“施設から送られてくるデータが自分のスマホでは開くことができず鍵のパスワードを取得するのが大変でしたが施設自体は素晴らしく満足度でした。 そのあとも何個かデータを送って頂きましたが開けませんでした。 Ａ棟に泊まりましたが、 ソファの上にある照明が身長より低く、 室内も細長い作りのため、 通るときとソファから立ち上がる際に頭をぶつけましたので、 紐で調整できそうな照明なのでもう少し高い位置にして頂きたいです。 あと、壁に汚れがついていたので、気になって拭きましたが、清掃の際に改善して頂けると幸いです。 景色も良く、静かな中でゆっくり過ごすことが出来たので満足です。 また利用したいです。”

“Very charming spot! But, know a few things before you go. Stop at Lawsons or 7 and stock up on snacks because there is not a thing nearby. The restaurants aren't 4 minutes away they're 15 by car. We had a problem with the fridge and reached out to the property manager via this site and heard nothing. ”

“Foods are good and service are perfect. Just too bad the day we're there were the only rainy day for the trip so not able to enjoy the perfect view of the lake. But still is a very good enjoyable night staying.”
