“My stay overall was a decent experience but there are a couple of areas the management should focus to get a perfect score. #1. There were mosquitoes in MyNT dining area. Though in a small numbers, it was an awful experience one night during dinner to be constantly swating while eating. We were two dining on 5th July around 10 PM. It's obviously a health scare besides being extremely annoying.#2. The food preparation/taste during dinner (A la carte) was very basic. I dined twice and each time...

“Excellent staff, Excellent breakfast, very clean and the staff did not question guest who came to visit me. I travel on business so have different people come to my room for business discussions. To many hotels in bbsr demand identification and will even come to the room during business meetings. Its very annoying. Crown was very professional in all.”

“My stay at the hotel was good. The room was clean. The washroom was immaculately clean. The Manager (Either Rahul or Rajeev) was very helpful and provide the guidance. He also assisted me get the Lord Krishna's darshan at Jagannath Puri. Overall value for money.”
