“location is good, conveniently located nearby eating places and close to the city center the room condition could've been better, booked 2 rooms, one of em has cigarettes smell lingering tho it's a non smoking room. Room condition is worth paying for it's price however the bathroom condition is due for an upgrade. It's a pleasant stay”

“A very pleasant 2 day stay at the hotel. The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. I used the gym and swimming facilities and both were good. I used the hotel for breakfast and for evening meals and both were very good with a wide range of selection. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and courteous. The main tourist sites within the city were only 15 minutes drive away or 12 Ringgit (£2) by taxi. ”

“The room was clean and big enough for just one of me.Located near the Alor Setar Mall and not too far from my favourite Nasi kandar join, Nasi Kandar Daniel.You should give this hotel a try. Parking is not a problem too. Staff at the reception is friendly.”

“Interesting property with great service from receptionist. cost much more when book thru Expedia, take note no escalator.”

“Convenient, clean and spacious room. The only thing that is somewhat strange is the bathroom and toilet sliding door. Both bathroom and toilet are separated side by side but they share the sliding door. This means when one is using the bathroom, no one could use the toilet as the door is on the other side. ”

“Family of 4, stopover for a night before enter Thailand. Parking is safe and convenient, room are small but provide the basic necessities. Alor setar is abit boring, so don’t expect a lot from this town.”
