“Die Lage in der Halbhöhe in den Weinbergen über dem Genfer See ist ist nach meiner bescheidenen Meinung weltweit einzigartig und nicht zu übertreffen. Von der Wohnung und der Terrasse aus überblickt den See von Schloss Chillion über St. Gingolph bis Evian, ich konnte mich nicht sattsehen. Obwohl die Autobahn in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist, ist es absolut ruhig, am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, der dazugehörige Garten mit Terrasse ist großzügig.
