“My room was spacious, one more for a disabled person as there were alarm puls in the bathroom. The sink leaked a bit so the floor under it was always wet. I found a hair in the sink. The hairdryer didn't work so had to ask for another one. There was decaf coffee provided but no decaf tea, I ask at reception some but once used housekeeping didn't replace them so I took some up to my room after breakfast. Some of the cereal bowls were dirty. I was informed about the roadworks but not that they...

“The location is excellent - so close to the castle and cathedral. There are two very good real ale pubs just down the road and plenty of restaurants nearby. We were lucky enough to get free parking the whole of the week. The weather was hot, so air-conditioning would have been nice, although its a listed building so probably a challenge.”

Dotazione delle camere completa, sono presenti anche adattatori per le prese e kit per interventi di cucito d'emergenza. Gestito da persone giovani e gentilissime. Colazione inglese di qualità, fermate dell'autobus a 200 m.”
