“The restraunt in this hotel was not great Both my grandchildren have food allergies we struggled to fund something on the what so very little menu. Then to be told the food could have crosd contamination from the fryer.”

“It was a fine stay. We paid more for a better room which seemed worth it.”

“Disappointing all round. Room tired and shabby, plus not thoroughly cleaned. Spa showing its age (eg not all pool jets working). 30 min spa massage was actually closer to 20 mins. Emailed final bill included a “optional” service charge that could not be declined I.e not optional. ”
