“Old hotel!! Supper over priced!!! Never come back again here”

“Eccellente hotel. Lo consiglio.”

“Hot tub and spa were wonderful”

“It was cozy and the location was great with an amazing Mountain View from the hot tub pools. It was quiet and conveniently located to public transit.”

“Located in the city centre, near bus stops. Staff people were friendly and helped me in many occasions.”

“Honestly, the pictures do not look anything like the room we had not to mention I booked on Expedia, not thinking when I got to the resort that there would be extra fees that I had to pay, and when I booked, they did not say that I would have to pay for parking extra all it said was that there was parking on site not that you had to pay for it and the resort fees you would think that’s included in the Expedia price seeing as the room was over $600.”

Room was 'a cabin' small, but ok for 1 night.”

“Nice place a little bit far from Banff center (it is necessary the car or take a bus to reach the center). Big room with kitchen and all tools. Amazing pool with waterslides”
