“They upgraded us to a suite possibly because it was our 45th wedding anniversary. Room was quiet. No AC in the bedroom but there was in the living area. They have a pretty cool cave inspired hot tub area, but we were too busy to use it. They comp'd us Roam bus passes, a parking pass, drink coupons, meal discount coupons.”

“Hidden Ridge is about 10mins to Banff downtown, and they have a complimentary shuttle service that takes you to town, so getting around was easy for my family, the rooms were spacious, they had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable like cutlery, pots etc.The hot tub has an awesome view. The only thing I hope they fix is the showers you need to use before jumping into the hot tub. It was out of service during our stay. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend.”

“We did enjoy the rooftop pools and the multiple shower heads in the bathroom were nice. I was unable to maintain a cool temperature through the night for sleeping and that was annoying. During check-in, I did not find the staff who worked with me particularly friendly. The shuttle right outside the hotel was convenient and it was nice to have a bus pass to ride for free while visiting Banff.”

“La struttura si trova lungo la via principale di Banff e offre la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage sotterraneo a pagamento. Personale repection poco sorridente poco professionale, potrebbero tranquillamente cambiare lavoro. Hotel decisamente caro ma d'altronde la località è esclusiva. La colazione si fa in un locale indipendente annesso all'hotel: non c'è una convenzione e si paga salato. Insomma non indimenticabile il soggiorno.”

“Prime location in town. Everything within short walk: train station, restaurants, coffee, bank, post office, Roam bus stop. Loved the one bedroom suite n top floor with living area and kitchenette. Wonderful staff was very helpful. Definitely stay again.”

“Struttura meravigliosa, quasi un villaggio a parte non molto distante a piedi dal centro di Banff. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Ottimo ristorante per cene e colazioni con porzioni abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Camere favolose, con tutti i confort, bella vista delle montagne, camino vero funzionante che fa molto atmosfera, letti comodissimi e bagno moderno con prodotti Occitane ottimi. Parcheggi comodi davanti alle camere e una fantastica hot tube che non poteva mancare...
