“Comfortable stay with central location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. 3 or 4 star at best, not a 5 star.Rooms need an update and freshening up. Avoid booking a taxi from hotel. Rates are about 10 times the local rates”

“Hotel quasi nuovo ben posizionato per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo di interesse.Le camere non sono molto spaziose ma nel complesso sono funzionali.Unico difetto la temperatura dell'acqua in piscina troppo fredda.La colazione è molto buona e completa.Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità.”

“Grande struttura priva di fascino ”

“Great location walking distance to many key sights whilst being in a lovely area. Beautiful heritage hotel, luxurious whilst feeling personal and intimate which is a rare combination Lots of small personal touches like Christmas cake, surprise family photo which we highly appreciated. Greenery all around, lots of play areas, a huge public pool with awesome features, great breakfast, friendly staff, I think 3 restaurants as well. So if you have kids, they are going to love it. However our room was a little let down. The private pool is amazing, clean and heated! There is also a jacuzzi in the room, also great but the room itself is a big letdown. There are 2...

“Nice place to stay with family”

“The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on.”

“Very noisy and party time during weekends”
