“Generally the hotel is good and we can recommend. We are family of 4 and the rooms are little small but for a few days enough, pool is nice but water is not refreshing at all, some deeper waters would nice but probably it is acording the main guest group wit smaller children not dominating swimming fully. The live guards are super attentive and won’t let me leave alone my 10 year which can stand in the water and swimm. The beach is ok but I would recommend the empty beach right next to the hotel...

“Ho soggiornato per 3 giorni , la posizione è ottima , qualunque stanza si affaccia sulla spiaggia raggiungibile in 30 secondi a piedi . Siamo in pieno American village a Chatan quindi abbiamo tutti i servizi possibili . La stanza è mediamente grande con tutto quello che serve , forse servirebbe un leggera rinfrescata , la stanza non è vecchia , ma tipo la carta da parati in alcune zone strappata o il tasto della luce nella testata del letto mancante , piccolezze eh , ma per il prezzo che si...

“Heel fijn personeel, leuke kamer met prima voorzieningen. Kamers kunnen gehorig zijn. We kregen gelijk een uur na binnenkomst de klacht dat er teveel werd gestampt door ons zoontje terwijl hij gewoon normaal liep. We hebben dit aangekaart omdat wij ook geluid hoorden van andere kamers boven en onder ons. Dit is toen als melding aan alle hotelgasten doorgegeven en daarna stopten de klachten. Goed opgelost en zeer attent opgevangen door het personeel”
