“The 2 young gentleman when we checked in had the most outstanding service”

“Michelle, the receptionist told us she’s upgraded our rooms to an Executive Suite from a standard queen room which was a lie as that room was located at the corner of L1 where the traffic noise can be heard day and night. It doesn’t help when the windows were single glazed. After swapping rooms for a middle Standard room on the same floor, the noise has lessened. I noticed all Asians were put on L1. Please don’t give people false hopes as it’s not a good look. Dishonest. Other than that, I’m...

“Staff were amazing and very helpful for getting in and explaining where the unit was. Unit A1 and my sea view amazing.”

“Great location, walking distance to the beach and to the shops. Excellent room service too, for meals.”

“Posizione centrale, comodo e in linea con le stelle. Si mangia anche bene, considerando gli standard locali.”

“The hotel itself was nice, though not quite as new or pristine as the photos suggest, showing a fair amount of age and wear in places. While the decor was nice, our bathroom had broken tiles and a badly stained toilet. On the positive side, the receptionist kindly allowed us an 11:00 am check-out and upgraded us to a third-floor balcony room with a side view of the sea. The bed and pillows were luxurious and comfortable, the complimentary macaroons were a nice touch, and the room overall was...

“Clean rooms, nice and quiet. Although this may have been because I requested an upper floor. But that request was granted as was our request to check out at midday. The hotel was very accommodating and the staff very helpful. The only downside is that it is about a 15-20min walk to the centre of town, but we didn’t find that a major drawback and walked everywhere. I highly recommend this property.”

“Very Central and handy to restaurants and shops.”

“Classico motel alla periferia della città, dotato di tutti i servizi, tra cui una zona cucina.”

“The room was small but clean and comfortable. The basin was very small and the shower difficult to access but there was plenty of hot water. The microwave was too high for me to reach! There were very limited utensils in the kitchen and only a small benchtop oven. We enjoyed our stay and will know better what to expect in future.”

“The entire staff could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. They were great in communication before we left. It was a great location about 15 min walk from so many local points.”

“Wir haben uns mehr erwartet. Auf den Fotos sah es modern aus, aber das Zimmer war nicht modern und das Badezimmer äußerst klein. Es könnte definitiv modernisiert werden. Es hat aber für uns gepasst.”

“Big room for the price amd loved how there was sky television”
