“Excellent short, one night stop here, arrived about 1800, check in was smooth and quick, staff helpful and friendly, only a short walk to the room. The room was massive clean and the bed very comfortable. It was Sunday night and there was a painter in the corridor decorating, but quiet and no bother. “This is our third time staying at Green Haven and each time we have opted for the Barn Owl cabin which is perfect for me and my wife and our little Chorkie. Previously we have stayed for only the one night but we enjoyed it so much that this time we opted for a two night stay. As with every time we were greeted like friends and made to feel so welcome. “Was like a maze to get to my room, but the signs got me there. I understand the building is old, but the floor boards in my room were so loud & creeky that i worried i would disturb other customers beneath me. Staff was very friendly & welcoming. They let me store my suitcase with them while i went to a funeral, it was no problem for them at all & the lady on the desk was very sweet & kind ☺ ”
