“The ladies on reception were lovely, very friendly and informative. The room was very spacious and clean. The lady on the bar was great too, smiley and chatty even late on when the bar filled up after the Becky Hill show at Haydock racecourse!”

“Spent two”

“One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and efficient. The facilities were excellent, and parking was very easy. All round, the hotel was nice and clean. Food was very good, especially the breakfast, tasty, hot and plenty. It was an easy walk into the town. All round, a great experience for us, highly recommended. ”

“Lovely hotel, great facilities and nice surroundings. We tried Bennett’s restaurant for our evening meal, the food was very disappointing. The breakfast was nice however. Prices were reasonable. Our room was lovely and in good condition but too warm with no aircon. The gym and pool were excellent. ”

“We stayed at this wonderful hotel as we were attending the horse racing at haydock race course. The room was beautiful , the bed was divine and I slept so comfortably! There was a fan which was needed as the weather was hot (a shark fan - which is a real luxury touch) also tea and coffee making facilities, water, hairdryer, dressing table with accessible plugs! It was my husband's 40th and we had just got married and Poppy brought a bottle of fizz to our room which was such a lovely suprise and...

"Hotel bello purtroppo come abbiamo fatto notare alla reception le camere non vengono rifatte in modo soddisfacente. (Abbiamo pure inviato le foto di come abbiamo trovato il letto dopo essere rientrati alle 17:30), pure non rimettevano la carta igienica di scorta. Del servizio pulizia siamo stati delusi non ci sono nemmeno venuti incontro offrendoci almeno una colazione gratuita. Non pubblico le foto eventualmente le ho a vostra disposizione per visionare."
