“This is an old a little run down but for transfer divers it is great . My dive resort offered to pick me up at the airport the next morning for free , I opted to pay a taxi driver 50RM , about $15 USD . So worth it because the town is fun at night , many local restaurants, many gift shops , even a place to exchange money . Massage was about $25 USD , legitimate massage . The seafest hotel is at the ideal spot but that was sold out . This one was perfect , I even had a great view of the water ....

“Reception gave us a room with the incorrect bed requested. Room was relatively clean but the carpet in the room and the hallways is heavily stained. Bathroom was awful. The tub caulking is black. The shower head is the toe on a hose, but the hose is connected to the tub faucet and only a few feet long. I had to bend all the way over to get myself wet. Good water pressure though. “La guest house si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla circa tre chilometri dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile via grab. Sadeed è davvero molto gentile e adesso c'è anche la colazione, semplice ma c'è. Ci sono tanti alberi vicino e non è raro vedere delle scimmie che girano nel parco vicinom”

“Camera di quint’ordine, bagno fatiscente. Tutto sommato pulito. La zona fa veramente schifo e oltre a qualche topo in giro e qualche bancarella di cibo locale (preparato Dio solo sa dove e come), non esiste null’altro. Qualche barbiere al massimo. ”

“The hotel is in a very noisy area. With dogs barking on and off during the night. It didn’t help that the windows were closed the noise still came through. Room was small but clean what we needed for the night. We were plagued by children begging in the envions. What would be useful in the information for this hotel was that a 100 MYR cash deposit was required to be paid before getting the room. We did ask to have a late check out but it was refused as the hotel was full. The staff did assist...

“Much better than expected after reading the other reviews. By standards of Semporna, this hotel is very good. My room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff members were nice, but completely failed at the one thing people actually come to Semporna for - information about day trips to the nearby islands. It felt like I was the first person to ever ask them about going to Mabul or Mataking. To be fair all “sales” people in Semporna were like this so not just an issue in this hotel. ”
