There was several millimetres of dust on the lampshade, the paint was peeling off the walls in large patches, the cheap flat pack furniture was all chipped which really stood out as it was all dark grey/black and the paint in the bathroom had given up and gone home. “The location of the hotel is perfect , literally on the doorstep of Lincoln Cathedral and the castle. Parking is opposite to the hotel - although it is a public car park and a fee charged by meter upto 24hour parking available. The hotel itself is lovely, well presented and very clean. “Bed & Breakfast pulitissimo, camera ampia (quella in cui ho soggiornato io, almeno) e bagno altrettanto, ottimo comfort, finiture e mobilio di qualità, recenti ed in ottimo stato. “Molto gentile il personale, subito pronto a dare assistenza. La è camera spaziosa e sufficientemente confortevole, con letto ampio e comodo ed un bagno adeguato nella misura e nella dotazione. Ambienti molto silenziosi, zona tranquilla e senza traffico. Bellissima vista sulla campagna circostante. Parcheggio comodo. Per contro, segnale wifi debole nelle camere.
