“Jesse was working the day of our arrival. He called to let me know the storm had taken out the power. Told us not to rush. When we arrived the power was still out but we had backup fobs to get into the room. It was clean and well laid out. Power came back on and all was great. Beautiful property. I would say Jesse went above regular customer service to make sure we were okay and happy. ”

“I had stayed here 12-13 yrs ago so just had to go back…The owner was super nice and couldn’t do enough for us. Room was recently renovated and so was very nice. 15 min from downtown, close to free ferry to Crawford Bay and about 45 minutes to Ainsworth Hot Springs.Would definitely stay again, hopefully soon. Recommend highly if staying in/near Nelson.”
