“The location is amazing right at the base of the slopes, so it’s super easy to get around. The amenities are great, especially the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs after a long day. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Overall, it’s a super comfortable and convenient place to stay. ”

“We didn’t understand what we were getting into with this booking. If you don’t like privacy or comfort this is for you. We couldn’t stay and the hotel said no chance of a refund. We couldn’t sleep on the floor and have others sleeping on top of us. Absolutely no amenities!”

Ma per un aspetto non ho dato il massimo: non si può avere in un bel hotel vasca da bagno con tenda e poi per le mani un dispenser da supermercato. Inoltre il miscelatore doccia pessimo. Questo mi ha portato ad abbassare il voto da ottimo a buono. ”

“We used to stay in loft previously, and it was great! The studio was a different experience. I wish I knew the guests are supposed to clean the bathroom every time after taking shower. Otherwise, the entire floor will be a solid puddle. The room has a very strange and inconvenient layout: for some reason, there's no closet, although there is a tiny hanger in the back. In fact, the space could have been used much more effectively. And then there's the "book an early check-in, but we can't...

“The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...
