“Clean and quiet suites, with a great pool and hot tub area. We tried to check in at 3:45pm and surprisingly our room wasn’t ready then, and we had to wait until after 4pm we could check in and get to our room. For our inconvenience, I asked for small compensation such as free parking for a night and immediately got a “no” from the front desk person. Found this a little disappointing as small tokens like this, helps show that a hotel is trying to keep inconvenienced guests happy, in an area...

“The staff were super friendly and helpful, the bed in the suite was one of the beat sleeps I've had. Toiletries were really lovley crab tree and evelyn brand. Classic series Nespresso machine in fully stocked kitchen. Would definately stay again. Brrakfast buffet was delicious and well stocked. If your a grnola lover the granola and fruit buffett was a dream.”

“Air conditioner very loud. Bathroom fan doesn’t shut off. Difficult entry into the pool ,parking and room with long entry numbers. Property very clean.”

“Rooms are beautiful with amazing amenities. Staff are all very kind and welcoming. Restaurants are very good. Amazing service. Pool /hot tub area is noisy (screaming kids). Children are great but an adult area would be lovely for those of us wishing for a quieter environment. Lots of flies : deck and loungers may need a power wash with solution.”

“My stay here wasn’t great. One of the blinds were broken over my balcony door. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly. There were a bunch of flies in my room. Honestly was not what I was expecting out of a hotel.”

“Tutto perfetto. Ragazzi reception gentilissimi. Pulizia ottima. Posizione splendida. Possibilità di parcheggio privato comodo un po’ costoso. Materassi e letti comodi. Ma per un aspetto non ho dato il massimo: non si può avere in un bel hotel vasca da bagno con tenda e poi per le mani un dispenser da supermercato. Inoltre il miscelatore doccia pessimo. Questo mi ha portato ad abbassare il voto da ottimo a buono. ”

“Fantastic location right in Whistler Village. Friendly and helpful staff. Efficient and fast check in. Easy parking available at extra cost. The suite was ideal for 5 of us. Very clean and spacious. Super breakfast. Great to have access to a pool at this stage of our holiday. We loved Whistler and this hotel ( they had Jo Loves products in the bathroom!). We wish that we’d booked extra time here.”
