“I always stay in this hotel every time I visit the city. This hotel is in a good area and it’s convenient as you can get in and out easily you have restaurants around, you have everything you need around it. But the service they provide you is the best they are always asking you if everything is ok and to me that’s good customer service thank you”

“Nice clean, comfortable room. Everything worked as intended. Conveniently located in the downtown area. Walkable and safe. Restaurants nearby. That said…I made my reservation using Reserve now, pay later option and was surprised to learn the hotel doesn’t accept credit cards. Fortunately I have a Mex bank account and could easily transfer the payment. I wish they had sent me a message earlier.”
