“Room OK, but better with one King bed than 2 Queen sized beds. It's not goo for non-golfers. Step outside the limited hotel space and you have a growling security guard shouting at you. Poor value for money. Won't return. ”

“The room was awful and very dirty. The carpet was dingy, stain, you can see cuts of improvement. The windows, behind headboard was dirty, dusty and hair, toilet area was very nasty, phone next to toilet had stains and the room was 14 cel was very cold. They couldn’t fix the temperature. This Manila Hotel is overrated and overpriced because it’s historic.”

“Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. I won't go into details because this was eventually sorted after several calls close to midnight. Use of pool and all amenities have extra charge of minimum 500php per person, and some charge per person, per hour usage. “All Staff were exceptional 5× The property is however can be 3-4☆ at best but is TRY-ing hard. Ground and rooms are vrry clean 5☆. The 50meter wide Beach 1☆ access needs daily maintenance. Food mediocre 3☆. Some fees are not necessary (lost towel fee 25$- really?) Complimentary game room not really 'free'. As said, big pat on back to hard working staff but some policies can be better. “The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. ”
