“Great hotel where staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and provided excellent service. Restaurant food was delicious. Was only a short visit - wish I had longer to enjoy. Reason for visit was gorilla trek. ”

“I loved this place so much. Staff especially is just so kind and amazing! Everyone who works there deserves a raise. Beautiful hotel, clean and massive rooms, and Pacific helped me arrange transportation which was super helpful. Definitely staying here again if I ever visit. Thank you! ”

“Amazing service, charming rooms, fantastic food. I went there after a gorilla trek and before hiking up Bisoke and they were fantastic. They helped arrange transport as well. Will absolutely be staying here again if I'm back in Musanze.”

“Really nice stay. The staff was super friendly and supportive. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was very nice too. It's also located just 5 minutes driving to the National Park. Would highly recommend it. ”

“Very beautiful property. The staff were lovely very happy to help. Nice rooms everything was great. I was able to get a gorilla trek at the last minute which was fantastic due to the last minute calls arrangement by the supervisor ladies at the desk. Well furnished and updated colonial house..”
