“Staying just for one night, we were disappointed the room was not ready at check-in time, even though we messaged the day before with our arrival time. Despite that, our suite lacked paper towels and soap, and had bad water stains on the bedroom ceiling. Also disappointing is that the restaurant has closed for lunch/dinner; but Expedia’s profile did not reflect the closure for remodeling. We invited an outside guest for breakfast; but they charged GHS400 just for toast, jam, tea, and fruit. ”

“Room was small but okay if we considera the rate I paid for the room. The staff should consider the guests when they start their daily operations around 6:30 am. Couldn’t sleep well. Great location. Decent gym but treadmills shall be replaced with better equipment. ”
