“The floor was dirty when we checked in. The shower was not well cleaned. Mold was starting to grow in the shower area. The AC did not work. Instead of cooling the room, the room would get warmer when the AC was turned on. On multiple occasions the door or window had to open to cool the room.”

“오션뷰 객실이 아닌 객실타입에 객실 창밖 바다사진을 올려놓는 것은 소비자 기만이 아닐까요? 평일에 평소보다 비싼 비용을 지불하고 홈페이지에 올려놓은 객실사진을 보고 예약했는데 오션뷰 객실은 따로 있고 이 타입의 객실은 오션뷰가 아니라고 합니다. 실제로 창밖은 건물만 가득했고 우리집 뷰보다 못한 객실에서 한 해의 마지막 날을 보냈습니다. 객실자체는 나쁘지 않고 수영장도 괜찮지만 그 외 편의시설은 전무하다시피 해서 (무인카페는 커피를 마시기엔 분위기가 너무 아쉽고, 조식 아닌 식사를 할 수 있는 레스토랑은 평일에는 손님이 아무도 없고 분위기도 썰렁해 돌아나와야 했음) 호텔을 생각하고 가면 아쉬운 점이 너무 많습니다. 다른건 둘째치고 마티에스위트 객실은 실제 객실 뷰에 맞는 사진으로 교체하시기 바랍니다. ”
