“I highly recommend anyone looking to relax in the summer time to choose this hotel. The main reason I gave this hotel a 5-star review is due to the staff. By the pool, Nadim was at my side willing to help me with anything I needed, and was friendly and likable. Rima was a great waitress. The dining staff was also excellent, especially Iman and Sybell, the hostess and waitress at their dine-in restaurant. They were very helpful and lovely. I also loved this hotel's facilities and amenities....

“I spent 4 days in InterContinental Phoenicia Beirut and it was simply a dream !!! The location, service, SPA, restaurants and BREAKFAST were the top of the top!!!! I cannot think about something could be improve it. I will come back for sure.”

“family friendly, gorgeous view, rooftop pool absolutely stunning. the front desk was very amiable and helpful. the daily breakfast buffet was delicious, plenty of options. very clean and food always fresh. the rooms and kitchen and bathroom was very clean and tidy. daily cleanings was very good, they even did the dishes for us. The entire staff at staybridge Beirut were all very helfpul and friendly Thank you for a pleasant stay. Will recommend to anyone !!!!”

“Very good ”

“Beautiful design, superb details, and marble finishes. The mattress and bed are top comfort. The staff is friendly. The location is central. The food selection and presentation are good; the only problem it was too salty. Another small issue that surprised me, I was given a price for a taxi ride by the hotel receptionist, but after I took the ride, the taxi driver asked for a higher fee. I informed the hotel about this, asking for clarifications, but they never answered me back. ”

“Hotel completamente rinnovato: l'ordine e la pulizia davvero impeccabili. Il personale è stupendo: sempre attento, premuroso e disponibile 24 ore al giorno. Alloggiavo in una stanza economy con vista città: molto spaziosa, letto grande con biancheria di pregio, bagno molto bello che disponeva tra l'altro di bidet. Albergo molto sicuro e pulitissimo. E' ubicato in una posizione strategica: di fronte alla Corniche, la celeberrima passeggiata sul mare di Beirut. Da quì è facile raggiungere a piedi...

“Good hotel in the heart of Beyrouth. They upgraded me for free and I had the chance of a very spacious room, placed in the rear and therefore very quiet. Very comfortable bed, clean bathroom with complete set of courtesy, useful set for coffe and tea. Helpful staff ready to satisfy any inquiry. Good breakfast. But above all a nice open swimming pool on the top of the hotel with view on the city: nobody used it and I had my bath every morning in complete quiet.”

“L'albergo è posizionato vicino a quanto di bello da vedere ci sia a Beirut. Necessita comunque di un rinnovamento architettonico (tranne il bagno, ricostruito di recente - almeno nella camera da me occupata). Il Sito web mostra in maniera magistrale quanto non si vede in realtà. Un sorriso dei receptionists non guasterebbe”
