“Hotel decadente e vecchio. Nessuno per un giorno intero ha tolto dal corridoio un vassoio con dei piatti sporchi del servizio in camera. Prezzi ingiustificati se non fosse per la colazione che è varia e ha lo staff che prepara uova e pancake freschi. Nella sala colazioni la ragazza all'ingresso ti mette a disagio mentre sono gentili e accoglienti sono alla reception. Non ci tornerei.”

“to be honest I think your reception staff could be more helpful & patient when it comes to parking for your customers, I know the hotel is limited with parking spots & don't want to held responsible, but the info they provided for parking was pretty average - especially to those customers who are new or do not come to Wellington very often or not tech Savy with apps etc (eg. “nothing to say about the room's services, there was everything, even the TV with chromecast, the bathroom was large and with everything you need, soaps, shampoo and conditioner , hairdryer. But the thing I liked least was that it was a "blind" room, it had no windows! this "small" particular I would have preferred to know at the time of booking!”

“Ottimo hotel, dotato di ogni comfort. Camera "appartamento" familiare molto ampia dotata di due camere e un bagno con doccia molto spazioso ed agevole. E' presente anche zona cucina con tutti i servizi connessi. Provato anche locale piscina: buona con spogliatoi, sala fitness, sauna e doccia. Location molto buona. Ci ritornerei! ”

“I booked the accomodation last minute, the communication was excellent and efficient. My stay was comfortable, the only issues were the water was lukewarm in the shower, rest of the stay was good. Location is central and excellent for anyone who wants access to the city. Overall experience was good.”
