“Dust was everywhere. Blinds had rust on them. Floor needed to be mopped. Towels dirty. Breakfast had birds flying around landing on food and the servers did not try to make them move away from the food. Front desk personnel was sarcastic and not professional. Server at breakfast was rude. Omelette was full of oil. Overall not a good experience. It felt like you had to beg staff for help. No hospitality whatsoever! Will not be returning”

“This property is fantastic and I think has the best view on the island! The rooms were private with views and private hot tubs, the beach was fantastic and great to snorkel (I saw 2 octopus, lobster, cuddle fish, and tons of other fish right out front) and the staff was incredibly helpful and picked us up from the airport. The restaurant Aquarium was delicious and right in the beach. I will absolutely stay here again”
