“Large rooms with comfortable bed right on the beach. Easy walking to many tourist shops and many restaurants. Lots of fresh seafood available from these restaurants. Staff was very friendly and eager to help with a smile. The restaurant prepared a seafood grill each night and set tables with candies at the edge of the surf. Breakfast was very good with lots of fruit and an omelette station as well as curry. Can’t go wrong staying here. ”

“We stayed for 2 nights, and we both thought that the food and the public areas were amazing. We also booked the yoga classes which were great. The bungalows are very cool, they are open, so you get a pretty unique experience. The beds are a bit on the hard side, this should be improved.”

“At the end of our Sri Lanka holiday we decided to spend a bit more on our Unawatuna hotel & were not disappointed. We had large rooms with loads of space, kitchen, really comfy beds, excellent views from our balconies. The staff were helpful & the pool lovely. We did book nicer rooms that some there & didn't eat so can't comment on the food. It's a bit of a walk or a short Tuk Tuk ride to the main tourist area or a beach but that also means it's quiet there.”

Noe som er upraktisk med småbarn som våkner ekstra tidlig da. Og hotellet lå mellom bilvei og strand så støy fra veien var også litt plagsomt. Alle 14, ora del check in: non c'erano letti, non c'era intonaco sui muri, erano piene di polvere, detriti di costruzione. insomma, un cantiere. abbiamo dovuto trovarci una sistemazione alternativa per la notte e poi volevano farci tornare lì il giorno seguente. la loro proposta, a pari spesa, era di andare in una pessima guest house. “Nos encantó como estaba mimetizado con el entorno. Estás en plena naturaleza, pero con todas las comodidades. A nivel de diseño, nos encantó la arquitectura y la decoración del complejo. Había variedad de platos y bebidas, todo buenísimo. Hay oferta de actividades muy interesantes. La comunicación con el personal es fácil y cómoda. Es el lugar ideal para relajarse. Nosotros fuimos con nuestro propio coche y el acceso es complicado por la estrechez de la carretera, pero no hubo ningún percance....
