“Great location, staff were friendly. Room wasn’t cleaned very well so we came back to dirty cups, wet and stained surfaces and only a partially made bed after our day out. Generally the rooms were nice but no soundproofing, you can hear talking from rooms above and extractor fan going on etc”

“Beautiful and comfortable room and bathroom. Very well equipped and exceptional provisions. Excellent breakfast. Great evening meal. Limited motorbike parking (lethal gravel) but found a spot on entrance paths.”

“Recently refurbished in an attractive rural style the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. No air conditioning but a remote controlled Dyson fan was provided. The staff without exception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine but could have done with some fresh fruit on the buffet table. However, when asked we were brought some pineapple which was good. The tables in the bar/restaurant were nicely laid out for dinner with proper napkins! The food was was generally typically hearty...
