But worst of all was the level of service. i asked for a wake up call and they forgot, I needed to make a local outbound call and they said I couldn't because I didn't leave a deposit (not true), after some struggle we solved this and the following day same thing, they wouldn't let me do a local outbound call, I've had to speak to the manager. “Very convenient and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff, the room was nice and complete with electric kettle and iron iron board. The toilet is clean. Water heater and aircond functioning well.”

“Everything was great. Maybe they just need to improve the deposit system. They impose penalty for late check out and got three tier deduction but for the refund got no system. Need to wait almost 24 hours to get refund back. But everything else was fine. The staff also respond well to get my deposit back. Maybe i will come back here for another stay. Hope next time they will upgrade the tv box and shower.”
