“What an unexpected and pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! The suite in the residence had amazing views of downtown KL. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms all had bidets with warmed seats. The elevators were fast and very secure too. Parking was super easy. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth.
